Lettuce is a New Zealand design studio creating stationery, puzzles and everyday pieces that bring together artwork, creativity and thoughtful design.
Our collections are designed to make everyday moments more beautiful, from planning the year ahead in a diary to writing notes, sending cards or spending time with a puzzle.
Our Story
Lettuce was founded by Claudia Zinzan and Nick Hutchinson, the founders of New Zealand lifestyle store Father Rabbit.
After creating and growing Father Rabbit over many years, Claudia and Nick sold Father Rabbit to new owners and began a new chapter with Lettuce, a design studio focused on creating beautiful, useful objects for everyday life.
Our experience working with makers, artists and customers shaped a simple belief, the objects we use every day deserve the same care and creativity as the special pieces we keep.
Designed in New Zealand
From diaries and notebooks to puzzles and paper goods, each Lettuce piece is designed in New Zealand with a focus on colour, creativity and considered details.
Alongside our own collections, we collaborate with artists, galleries and creative partners to bring original artwork into beautifully made pieces to use and enjoy.

Before Lettuce, Claudia Zinzan and Nick Hutchinson founded Father Rabbit, a New Zealand home and lifestyle brand known for its thoughtful approach to interiors, gifting and everyday living.
After building and selling Father Rabbit, Lettuce represents their next creative chapter, bringing together years of experience in retail, design and product development with a love of creating beautiful everyday objects.
