United States orders are dispatched from New Zealand by express courier.

Import duties, taxes and customs charges may apply. These charges are not included in your order total and are payable by the recipient. The courier will contact you directly if payment is required before delivery.

New Zealand Estimated delivery times:

• North Island: 1–2 business days
• South Island: 2–3 business days

Australia Estimated delivery time:

• Australia: 3–7 business days

USA Estimated delivery time:

• USA: 3–7 business days

Processing Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving your order. Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday to Friday.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, pre-order periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

International Shipping

For shipping outside New Zealand and Australia, please contact us at hello@lettuce.co.nz and we will do our best to help.

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and with any original packaging intact.

Please contact us at hello@lettuce.co.nz before sending your item back so we can arrange the return process with you.

Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account once processed.

Some Lettuce products, including our yearly diary collections and limited releases, may be available for pre-order before they arrive.

The estimated dispatch date will be shown on the product page. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order will usually be sent together once all items are available.
